BRIEF - are you working at the cafe too?

Like a lot of the days, I was sitting in a cafe working quite productively. While doing so, I wondered what everyone else is doing at that moment. One of the reasons I like to work at cafes is because seeing others working hard on their laptops also motivates me to work as hard or even more so. I also thought I would not be the only one who has such thought. To encourage productivity in a café, where a high percentage of consumers there purposely came to the café to work in the first place, should we make it more convenient by letting customers know which cafes are available?

 THE SOLUTION - a cafe productivity app

WHAT IS COFVI?

As soon as a user open this app, they will see nearby cafes and the list of things people are doing at the café. The users will then choose which café they want to go to. As they reach the café, a list of all the things people are and were doing in the café will show up through a time line view. The user can post what they are doing and a choice to also post any picture and/or set a timer in the app. This notifies how long they have been working and in the café, letting the customer know it may be time to purchase something else or hasten their working pace. Users will also have the chance to request quick comments and opinions on what they’re doing. Café owners can utilize this app to reward customers; working continuously and posting picture of evidence of progress lets users gain points, which can then be exchanged for rewards. This function can only be activated once a user purchase a drink from the café.
